About the Cover
Different morphology of the cytoskeleton of gastric cells SGC7901 co-cultured with BCS of Helicobacter pylori isogenic strain 11638-ΔvacA for 12 h. The intracellular distribution of the actin cytoskeleton stained by rhodamine phalloidin (red) and the microtubule cytoskeleton visualized with a monoclonal anti-tubulin antibody (green) were captured by laser scanning confocal microscopy. The lower image shows the red and green images merged. Images courtesy Dr X.-K. Guo, Shanghai Second Medical University, Shanghai 200025, China.
